Abstract: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) enables Department of Defense, the U.S. Government and International Partners to counter and deter Weapons of Mass Destruction and Improvised Threat Networks. Rear Admiral John Spencer will discuss DTRA’s Nuclear Enterprise mission and the intersection of military and civilian expertise at the agency.
